Your Coit technician is a certified technician. For decades, Coit has consistently employed more certified technicians than any other cleaning company. Coit requires that all cleaning technicians complete IICRC certification within one year of employment. A Coit cleaning complies with all major carpet manufactures’ requirements including the latest generation of stain-resistant carpeting. This provides the opportunity to have a technician explain how our cleaning system would apply to your order; answer any questions you may have and give you an exact, guaranteed price. This allows us to schedule the required amount of time and materials necessary to clean your specific job. More importantly, it produces a 96% quality satisfaction rate.
- We can also give you an estimate by phone, based on the average amount of work performed at thousands of homes throughout the metro area. This price is less accurate.
- Or, we can conveniently schedule an appointment to have a cleaning technician go to you home to both quote and clean for you at the same time (some services require in plant cleaning).
